The sea is an inexhaustible source of energy. The sea water comes directly to the OCÉANO through its own water pipe and forms the base of the Thalasso therapy. Using state -of-the-art technology, elements such as sea water, seabed, sea air and algae are purposefully used during the treatments for detoxication and recuperation. Furthermore, the sea water and climate stimulate the circulation and metabolism. Muscles and joints are strengthened, symptoms relieved, oxygen uptake and recuperation promoted.

The awareness that everyone requires an individualised therapeutic approach and that recovery is at the same time a preventative measure, makes ayurvedic applications an ideal complement to the treatment concepts offered at the OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel. Especially with regard to the practice of Yoga and manual treatments with the use of type-appropriate oils. They are used individually in order to stabilise or restore the balance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapa). In doing so, they effectively contribute to a lasting feeling of well-being.
