OCÉANO F. X. Mayr Center
The OCÉANO F. X. Mayr Center has had its home for 20 years in a villa directly by the sea, next door to the OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel. All the facilities of a modern health centre are available here. The spacious foyer with its generous terrace forms the house’s focal point. In the hotel, an extensive, completely redesigned restaurant is available exclusively for fasting guests. There, everything is oriented towards mindful eating while the gaze wanders out over the greenery of the garden to the Atlantic.

Even during an F. X. Mayr cure, enjoyment plays an important role – enhanced by the harmony and relaxed atmosphere of our F. X. Mayr Restaurant. Here, everything is tailored to mindful eating and the specific needs of the fasting program. Our special Mayr cuisine places great emphasis on creative dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and regional products. Goat’s yogurt from the immediate neighborhood is just as much a part of the menu as papaya from the local surroundings.

The OCÉANO F. X. Mayr Center was founded in 1999 by physicians Dr Alfred Milz and K. Matthias Rolle. For two decades it has been among the most recognized F. X. Mayr centres in Europe and has received multiple awards.
